Online access

Managing your pension account is easy with online account access. It's simple to use and gives you secure access to your account anytime. You can:

  • Review your account balance and details of payments since your last statement
  • Update your personal details and nominated beneficiaries
  • Change your investment strategy
  • Manage your communications preferences
  • Change your payment frequency or amount
  • Request a partial lump sum withdrawal from your account
  • Request a Centrelink schedule

You will be registered automatically for this service when you join Media Super, and a personal identification number (PIN) will be mailed to you.

You can also access your Media Super online account from any page on this website by using the Member Login button that appears in the top right corner in the header of each page.

Lost login details or forgotten your PIN?

You can automatically reset your PIN online by clicking on the Reset your PIN link in the sign in window of the member login page.

You will need to have:

  1. Your membership type (super member or pension member)
  2. Your member number
  3. A valid email address registered in our system
  4. Your date of birth

Clicking on submit will send you an email containing instructions on how to reset your PIN online.

Register for online access

If you are an existing member of Media Super and you have not previously used your online account, you can register for a PIN to use the site by following the instructions above for resetting your PIN.
